Perfect for a chill getaway

Really enjoyed our stay! Super friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The location is fab, right near some cute cafes and shops. We had a Classic Double Room, which was comfy, but the parking situation was a bit of a hassle. wish we could have had more dining options instead of just sandwiches.

Awesome place with its free wi-fi, cute bar area, and 24-hour reception. I fondly remember the staff helping with taxi tips during my first stay. A tip, try the delicious breakfast! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

The fantastic location and beautiful building made for a delightful stay. The classic double room was massive, featuring a very comfy bed and superb shower facilities. Breakfast was a highlight, with the full English showcasing great quality and taste. The staff were incredibly accommodating for an early check-in, ensuring a smooth arrival before a wedding.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a lovely bar/lounge, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. I recommend trying the delicious food!

Charming stay with character

Had a lovely 3 nights here! The room was massive and felt super cozy. Dog-friendly vibes were a big plus. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delish! Just wish the noise from outside didn't keep us up. a great little spot with nice dining options in the area.

A delightful stay filled with charming touches like fresh milk in the room and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The eggs Benedict at breakfast were exceptional, and the meals served were deliciously hearty. Noteworthy was the commendable service from the staff, who made every effort to help guests feel welcome. there was a slight wait to be seated during breakfast hours, and the parking lot filled up quickly.

The Feathers Hotel, Helmsley, North Yorkshire was a delightful retreat. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a cozy corner perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The dining experience was top-notch with delicious meals and attentive service, making every meal a treat.

The Classic Double Room was really quite lovely! The bed was super comfortable, and the decor had this charming historical vibe. We had a nice view of the town square, which was a great touch. Plus, the bathroom was modern and felt luxurious with good toiletries. Only bummer was the shower was a bit tight. But overall, it made for a cozy stay!

This place was a great match for a break on a long journey in Helmsley with value for money. We had to go across the square for dinner but enjoyed a fabulous meal of Chateau Briande. Make sure to check for parking before arriving as spaces can be tight.
